Question 1

How do I get my temple verified on the platform?

Accepted Answer

Temple committee members or authorized trustees can request a Verified badge by visiting the 'Become Temple Admin' page and submitting official documentation or local committee contact authorization. Once verified, temple admins gain access to publish direct photo updates to the community feed.

Question 2

How are safety incident reports fact-checked?

Accepted Answer

Every submitted incident report enters a private pre-moderation queue. Trained volunteer moderators cross-reference details with accredited news outlets, police station reports, local temple trustees, and geotagged media before approving any record for the public map.

Question 3

Is my identity kept private when I submit a report?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Reporter privacy is strictly guaranteed. Your identity, email, or contact number is never published on the public map or feed and is accessible solely by verified moderators for follow-up verification.

Question 4

How do I report an inappropriate post or rumor?

Accepted Answer

You can click the options menu (three dots) on any post or incident card to report it directly to moderators, or use our Support Page to submit a correction ticket.
